On Thursday, May 20, 2010, VOB108 had LTC Matt Stevens from the 88th Air Wing at WPAFB speak to the group about selling to the base. Even though WPAFB is a major logistics center, the 88th Air Wing doesn’t buy aircraft or weapons systems- it buys the same things a city would buy.
